Publisher & store terms

Updated October 15, 2026.

PWA App is operated from North Carolina, United States and is the public name of this service. For support or questions about these terms, contact support@pwaportal.cloud.

Using the store

PWA App is a catalog linking to independent web apps. App availability, installation options and offline support depend on the publisher, device and browser. A link or listing does not guarantee the app’s performance or safety. Review an app’s privacy practices before entering personal information.

Publisher listings

Publish only apps you own or are authorized to represent. You must have rights to your uploaded images and text. Provide accurate descriptions, a working public HTTPS URL and an accessible privacy policy on your app. Do not submit deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, unlawful or malicious content, or services designed to steal information. We may reject or remove listings and suspend publication for violations. Reports can be submitted through the listing or support form.

Subscription and automatic renewal

The publisher plan is $10 USD per month for one PWA per subscription. A publisher may manage multiple PWAs by purchasing a separate subscription for each one. Draft preparation is free. Publication requires a verified active paid subscription and complete listing information. Complete eligible listings go live when published, without a manual approval step. Consumer browsing is free.

$10 USD per PWA is charged when you subscribe and automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel before your next renewal in Publisher Manager → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps publishing eligibility through the paid period, subject to account standing and the terms.

Your next renewal date is shown in Stripe's billing portal. Unpublishing an app or stopping use of the service does not cancel your subscription. A failed renewal starts a 48-hour grace period. We show a payment warning and its deadline in Publisher Manager. If the renewal invoice remains unpaid at the deadline, the affected PWA is hidden from the public catalog; its information and photos are preserved. Successful payment restores publication eligibility, subject to account standing and moderation restrictions. The first payment must succeed before paid publication begins. Payment retries do not restart the same invoice’s grace period. Ordinary cancellation does not receive an additional grace period after paid access ends. Any price or renewal-term change will be disclosed before it takes effect; applicable notice requirements will be followed.

No refunds

Payments are nonrefundable, including the first payment, renewals, unused time and partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Traffic and installs are not guaranteed.

Rejection or removal of a listing does not create a voluntary refund entitlement. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support@pwaportal.cloud about billing errors, disputed charges or a refund required by law.

Deletion and disputes

You can unpublish or delete your listings. Account deletion removes your publisher profile and listings and cancels a connected subscription before deleting the account. Account deletion ends publication and cancels future billing; it does not create a refund for unused time. Billing disputes and other questions can be raised through Support or by emailing support@pwaportal.cloud.
